The implementation of the Erasmus+ project is a strategic aspect for the University, as it promotes the individual mobility of students, faculty, and technical-administrative staff, thereby ensuring continuity in internationalisation and educational innovation processes. With a particular focus on KA131, the primary objective of participating in the project is to foster the individual mobility of students, faculty, and staff to encourage innovative teaching and a student-centred education. The opportunity to experience study, traineeship, teaching, or training in international contexts enhances academic and professional skills, while simultaneously stimulating autonomy, critical thinking, and intercultural openness. For students, mobility represents a unique occasion to develop transversal, linguistic, and digital skills, strengthening their future employability and integration into an increasingly global labour market. For faculty, the programme offers an opportunity for methodological enrichment through the exchange of best practices and the adoption of innovative teaching approaches that value active learning and the centrality of the student. For technical and administrative staff, training periods abroad lead to an increase in managerial and organisational competencies, with direct positive effects on the quality of services provided by the University. Within the internationalisation process, Erasmus+ mobility generates impacts that extend beyond the individual project: it increases the number of both incoming and outgoing visiting professors, strengthens collaboration with foreign research institutions, and consolidates the international dimension of the academic and social environment in which the University is embedded. This has a positive impact on the quality of the educational offer, scientific output, and the university community's openness to multicultural and global dynamics. These multicultural and global dynamics also find practical application in the growing focus on degree programmes delivered in English. From a broader perspective, the project strengthens the strategic role of the University within the European landscape, increasing its visibility, competitiveness, and attractiveness. It fosters the development of a dynamic, inclusive, and innovative university community, in line with the priorities of the Erasmus+ Programme and the objectives for the modernisation of higher education.
