The Università Iuav di Venezia I VENEZIA02 looks decisively to the future, focusing on safety, sustainability and ecological transition. It is a community of professors, students, researchers, doctoral students and technical-administrative staff committed to imagining and developing new forms of transdisciplinary design: from urban planning to architecture, from product design to the arts, from fashion to theatre, addressing both environmental challenges and those of everyday life. In this context, the Erasmus+ project was conceived with objectives aimed at a small academic institution with a strong international outlook, thanks to its unique location in the lagoon city and within the productive district of the North-East Italy. Particular attention was focused on mobility for study and internships, considered a fundamental lever for enriching IUAV's international strategy and offering students and stakeholders higher quality training courses. The organisation of incoming and outgoing mobility has been a driver of continuous innovation, allowing for experimentation with different educational models and interaction with academic institutions in both Programme Countries and Partner Countries. This process, observed both at the individual level and in the collective experience of the university community, has fostered the refinement of participants' skills and, more generally, the improvement of the quality and relevance of the courses offered. In this way, IUAV has strengthened its commitment to being a university of excellence, contributing to the renewal of European higher education in an inclusive manner. The project involved all academic components, promoting gender equality, inclusion and sustainability in line with the objectives of Agenda 2030
