Participation in Erasmus+ KA131 is an integral part of the Institute’s long-term strategy to modernize its educational offer and strengthen its European dimension, in line with the Erasmus Policy Statement. In continuity with previous projects, the Institute aimed to further expand mobility opportunities for students, recent graduates, and staff, positioning itself as an attractive and inclusive learning environment able to respond effectively to the evolving needs of society. During this project, particular emphasis was placed on increasing both the number of participants and the diversity of activities offered. In addition to traditional semester-long study mobilities, the Institute successfully introduced short blended mobility (BIP), which provided new, more flexible formats of international exchange. This innovation significantly broadened participation, enabling students who might otherwise have faced constraints to benefit from the Erasmus experience. The Institute also guaranteed that financial contributions covered all essential expenses, thereby removing economic barriers that could discourage engagement. At the same time, staff participation in training mobility was enhanced, mainly through international weeks and workshops, reinforcing cooperation with existing partners and fostering the creation of new academic collaborations. As shown by the data, the project exceeded initial expectations: 29 outgoing participants compared to the 21 originally planned under the Organizational Support (OS) contribution. Some activities were additionally supported through funds from the subsequent 2024 project, ensuring continuity and greater impact within the same academic year. By widening access and diversifying formats of mobility, the Institute not only increased participation but also fostered a more collaborative and creative learning environment. Students were encouraged to explore, design, and share their ideas within an international framework, while staff strengthened their professional skills and institutional ties. In this way, the KA131 action amplified the Institute’s capacity for innovation, promoted social inclusion and equity, and reinforced the values and identity of the European Union through education.
