In continuity with the projects implemented in the previous years, the activities carried out have enabled the SEND Mobility Consortium to achieve the following objectives: 1- Strengthen strategic collaboration among the Higher Education Institutions involved (as sending and hosting Institutions) and a wide range of European organizations from various sectors (SMEs, NGOs, large multinational companies, public bodies), in order to enhance mobility experiences and maximize their impact in terms of internationalization and skills acquisition aligned with educational and professional objectives. 2- Promote the creation of networks among organizations and professionals active in innovative sectors, with significant impacts on innovation, ecological transition, and digital transformation, both in Italy and across Europe—an outcome made possible especially through staff mobility. 3- Increase the employability of university students and recent graduates by offering mobility experiences in innovative contexts and strengthening core, transversal, technical-professional, and advanced skills necessary for successful integration into the current labor market. 4- Support the personal and professional growth of teaching and administrative staff of the consortium’s institutions, fostering the development of skills useful for participation in funding programs related to innovation in research and teaching, as well as for institutional capacity building aimed at modernization and internationalization.
