In pursuing the objectives established during its five years of activity, the Erasmus Office has significantly increased outgoing mobility, testifying the culture of internationalisation within our small Conservatory, developed through the valorisation of the resources, potential and value of our students and teachers. With the resulting reinforcement of partnerships, soft skills and the exchange of best practices between students and teachers have been further developed with the launch of common projects, promoting the development of innovative methodologies in both teaching and performance. The numerous training mobility programmes have renewed the idea of mobility, understood mainly as a conscious experience towards internationalisation, promoting the development of European identity and values. The great step was then to spend energies and competences in activities in favour of equity and inclusion. With this objective, funding was provided for a blended mobility for a student with fewer opportunities and an annual mobility scholarship for a student from the Kharkiv Conservatory. The Erasmus Office overcame the initial organizational and economical difficulties caused by the allocation of additional funding. It worked in synergy with the Director and the Administrative Council to implement the AN’s instructions on the Ukrainian emergency, spreading the concept of inclusion and equal opportunities within its institution. Our small Conservatory saw its international reality grow with the reception of an incoming Turkish student and two unplanned mobilities of outgoing students for orchestral training, considered by the Erasmus Office as an irreplaceable opportunity of professional experience. Furthermore, the participation in European Meetings by the Erasmus coordinator and a student representative enabled to establish Agreements with new institutions and for our student to join the EPASA association, representing conservatory students in Europe. The management of the Erasmus scholarships was efficient and responsible, despite exceeding the allocated budget. Thanks to the awareness raising work of the Erasmus+ Programme and the principles on which our ECHE is based, the Administration has concretely contributed to the implementation of the project, allocating additional funding in favour of student mobility for the first time.
