After the significant increase in participants recorded in the previous 2022/23 project the main objective pursued by IULM in the two-year period 2023/25 was to stabilize the numbers reached, in order to optimize services at this new standard before planning further growth. This choice made it possible to avoid the risk of organizational overload for both the Office and the University, which would have inevitably led to a reduction in the quality of services offered. The results in terms of participant satisfaction confirmed the wisdom and appropriateness of this decision, which allowed the consolidation of progress achieved while maintaining a balance between development and sustainability of services. The second objective concerned the optimization of available funds, by making the best use of European resources, integrating them with the co-financing provided by the University and the Ministry of Universities and Research (MUR), while also leveraging additional EU top ups (green travel, fewer opportunities). This approach, not without management complexity, made it possible to offer participants an experience that was not only educationally valuable but also economically sustainable for their families.
