The project has achieved relevant and satisfactory results for all types of funded mobilities, with a wide participation at all levels. This has led to a almost full and total use of the budget allocated to the University of Foggia to finance all mobilities. University of Foggia and Ministerial funds have been additionally enjoyed of, as further contribution on the basis of merit criteria related to the achievements and outcomes on behalf of students on their mobility period abroad.The students' learning outcomes are officially recognized at the University of Foggia. Students on mobility have been 412 in total. 75 between professors and administrative staff have been engaged in a staff mobility. The most popular destination among students have been Latvia, Poland and Spain. Many medical students have chosen Universities in Spain, Poland and Bulgaria: they express high satisfaction for the role attributed to practice and internships. All participants have expressed full satisfaction about their mobility period abroad bringing their contribution into disseminating the acquired knowledge and into sharing their experience. This will provide a long-term effect in diffusing the programme into an increasing number of subjects who, at different levels, will be getting in touch with the opportunities offered under the programme next in the future. Despite the increasing difficulties students are facing in finding a suitable accommodation abroad (that seems to be one of the major obstacles in mobility), the number of students applying for a mobility experience abroad is becoming higher and higher. And this is our best main goal: see how the students increase and improve their skills for a better involvement in the future labour market.
