Objectives

The EMN Consortium's unchanged goal—implemented through Year 2023—is to promote mobility abroad (for internships or training) as an educational opportunity for both students and faculty/administrative staff, enabling them to return home with a professional, cultural, and personal background that can open new horizons for the development of their own region. For Year 2023, we have also worked to raise awareness of Erasmus mobility among as many participants as possible, expanding our Consortium and opening it to new universities in Central and Southern Italy. With Year 2023, the Consortium has continued to offer students the opportunity to extend their internship experience (obtain a scholarship extension) and further strengthen their transferable skills, which make students more attractive to the job market. Administrative staff (STT) instead experienced short training periods, which, thanks to the Erasmus Mobility Network Consortium, contributed to strengthening international relations and the creation of new collaborations between colleagues.
