Objectives

The primary objective of implementing the Erasmus project was to foster international cooperation and exchange among students and faculty, thereby enhancing the overall quality of education and research through cross-cultural collaboration. This initiative is fully aligned with the University’s strategy for internationalization. The project offered participants invaluable international experiences that contributed significantly to their personal and professional development, while also promoting a deeper understanding of different cultures and educational systems already established at UNITUS. Recognizing the importance of a globally connected education system, our institution adopted this program to pursue the following specific goals: - enhance academic excellence, - promote intercultural exchange, - strengthen institutional collaborations, - increase students’ and graduates’ employability. Through opportunities to study, train, and teach abroad, the project aimed to enrich the quality of education by exposing participants to diverse academic environments, perspectives, and methodologies. Ultimately, the Erasmus program sought to build a vibrant, globally connected academic community that benefits not only individual participants but also the institutions involved and society at large.
