Every year, the Academy welcomes students from abroad while also sending its own students on mobility programs. Interest among students continues to grow, making it increasingly important for us to develop new projects annually. Like many institutions in the AFAM sector, the Academy faces ongoing challenges due to staff shortages, which require extra effort to maintain a good level of service for students. Despite these difficulties, we remain committed to providing high-quality support that helps students successfully undertake mobility experiences abroad. While the number of projects continues to increase each year, the administrative structure is often stretched thin and not fully equipped to manage such a growing workload.
