The implementation of the project developed in perfect synergy with our 2021-2026 Strategic Plan (https://www.unive.it/pag/44540/), which has been written in line with the objectives of Erasmus+ 2021-2027.A number of figures of reference for internationalisation (Vice-Rector for International Relations, 4 delegates with specific roles in the field of international matters-among which one dedicated to international agreements- and dedicated Erasmus Boards in each of our 8 Departments) guarantee a careful implementation and monitoring of the project. SMS/STT/STA: Besides the intention to implement as many mobilities as possible, while safeguarding their quality, our specific objectives for this 3rd call of the new Erasmus Programme were: 1)to enhance the novelties of the programme put in force during the 1st and 2nd calls; 2)to enable more mobilities in the frame of Blended Intensive Programmes 3) to expand the definition of disadvantages students, extending these status to additional categories of individuals 4)to promote inclusion by allowing part-time students to carry out their mobility without renouncing to their status and so keeping the benefits of the status itself 5) to bring the process of digitalisation to a further improvement, designing a customised process of students selection using a software from a third-party provider. SMT: We targeted our students and recent graduates in order to offer them a chance to gain professional experience, skill development and cross-cultural understanding. The traineeships have been implemented complying with Erasmus+ and national rules, strengthening the university international mission.
