Objectives

The project aimed to strengthen existing partnerships with Higher Education Institutions, companies and other organizations, while at the same time broadening participation in mobility opportunities for study and traineeship within the European Union and beyond. A central objective was to ensure inclusiveness and accessibility, with particular attention to students with fewer opportunities. In the academic year 2024/2025, the project enabled 1123 Bocconi students to undertake an Erasmus+ mobility experience. Among them, 305 students with fewer opportunities were supported, including 119 who participated in international mobilities. These results highlight the project’s commitment to promoting equal access to international experiences and reflect Bocconi’s continuous effort to integrate the values of equity, sustainability, and inclusion into its educational offer. In line with both the Erasmus Policy Statement and the European Commission’s 2025-2027 Strategic Plan, Bocconi aims to provide diverse and meaningful learning experiences that foster global citizenship, cross-cultural competences, and international exposure. The project also supports exchanges, double and joint degrees, traineeships and a wide range of agreements, ensuring a tangible educational impact at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Finally, in accordance with Bocconi’s 2021–2025 Strategic Plan, the project contributes to consolidating international mobility as a distinctive feature of the student experience and as a key responsibility of the University. Bocconi is drafting the Strategic Plan for the next five years and we are committed to reconfirm the 50% of international experience opportunities offered to Bocconi students, with a particular focus in developing partnerships to support the new degree programs introduced by Bocconi in STEM disciplines.
