Coherently with the ongoing process started with the new 2021/2027 Erasmus+ phase, the main institutional aim has been to further develop the new Erasmus+ Programme in line with what declared in the institutional ECHE. The new conditions applied to the new generation of the Programme introduces a new environment in which universities may move in terms of implementing mobility and internationalization strategies. The institutional ECHE objectives directly related to KA131 Action are the following: - To improve the overall numbers of inbound and outbound mobility; - To improve and continue the process towards the modernization of the online didactical activities and blended mobility; - To improve the quality of students’ services; - To support the development of quality collaboration networks for the enhancement of both education and research opportunities. The effects of the SARS-COV2 pandemic were heavy: keep on increasing mobilities to the figures of the pre-COVID era is an ongoing process that covers more than one contract period. A huge effort and a detailed dissemination plan was put in place to raise a new awareness in an academic community that experienced mobility still as a threat. The results are satisfying, if we consider that the highest numbers of registered mobilities took place in the first of the two academic years covered by the contract of reference. A very important achievement has been starting the EU GREEN European University Alliance (hereafter, EU GREEN), made up of 9 European HEIs, and having mobility and its boosting as strategical priorities. In this framework, ERASMUS+ has become a solid opportunity to increase intra-alliance mobilities, passing from the implementation of a joint "BIP Action" to open Calls for long-term SMS, STA and STT opportunities.
