UNINT is fully committed to advancing its internationalisation strategy, placing multiculturalism and multilingualism at the heart of its educational mission. These values are considered essential and inseparable components of the university’s identity and academic offer. In line with the Erasmus Policy Statement (EPS) and the European Charter for Higher Education (ECHE), UNINT continuously seeks to strengthen and expand its network of institutional partnerships worldwide. To date, the university has facilitated exchanges with over 100 international universities, fostering both student and staff mobility and promoting collaborative research initiatives. UNINT’s commitment to international cooperation extends far beyond Europe, aiming to establish meaningful cultural, educational, and knowledge exchanges with institutions across the globe. In line with this strategic vision, the university has decided to dedicate part of the 20% of its KA131 funds to support student mobilities to Morocco and staff mobilities to Argentina, due to their strategic significance. At the student level, the objectives include: -Promoting international career opportunities through study periods and traineeships abroad; -Supporting students with fewer opportunities, ensuring inclusiveness through financial top-ups and internationalisation at home; -Fostering global citizenship, intercultural awareness, and adaptability to diverse environments; -Consolidating Double Degree agreements to strengthen employability and competitiveness. At the institutional level, the project aims to: -Advance digitalisation through the Erasmus Without Paper initiative and the use of innovative tools for mobility management; -Promote environmental awareness and sustainable mobility by encouraging green travel; -Expand international visibility and consolidate cooperation with strategic partners; -Improve dissemination of results and exchange of best practices. At the staff level, the objectives are to: -Foster professional development through meaningful teaching and training opportunities abroad; -Strengthen academic and administrative networks by building long-term international collaborations; -Enrich staff members’ expertise and career profiles by integrating international experience into their work; -Promote the exchange of innovative approaches in teaching, research, and student services. At the local and regional level, the project seeks to: -Promote inclusion in higher education; -Encourage values such as democracy, social inclusion, and community openness through intercultural dialogue; -Foster appreciation of cultural heritage; -Establish connections between educational institutions and local businesses. Throughout this project, UNINT aims to boost student mobility at all levels by encouraging participation in semester-long study abroad programmes, international seminars, and language courses. The goal is to create a strong international educational offer, promote faculty involvement in European university associations, coordinate international degree programmes and summer schools, and foster intercultural education. UNINT also focuses on increasing internship agreements with European companies and organisations. The university takes an active role in building international partnerships to enhance academic offerings and mobility opportunities. Furthermore, it is committed to promoting gender balance, gathering student feedback, and adapting curricula to meet evolving labour market demands through the work of the Placement Office. Finally, UNINT strives to remove barriers to mobility by implementing strategies for the full recognition of mobility periods.
