With the project's implementation, a series of strategic objectives were set to elevate the quality and impact of the Erasmus+ programs. The focus was maintained on administrative simplification, pursued through a decisive consolidation of digitalization processes (primarily EWP, IIA, and OLA), along with an investment in the advanced customization of the Mobility Online management system. The goal was to offer students a single, integrated digital space for managing every phase of their mobility, which also involved the incoming component, albeit not yet at full capacity. Simultaneously, we needed to look ahead to Blended Intensive Programmes and to implement collaborations with partner consortia (UNIADRION, SEND, TUCEP), while enhancing direct support for students. This was aimed at reducing the post-selection dropout rate for Studies and increasing the number of scholarships available for Traineeships. Finally, one of the objectives included the consolidation of international relations, possibly through participation in events organized by partner universities to foster the growth and sustainability of our network.
