The main objective of implementing the project was to enhance the accessibility, inclusivity, and overall quality of international mobility experiences for students, staff, and faculty at the University of Salerno. Specifically, the project aimed to: Provide targeted support to students with fewer opportunities, ensuring that financial, social, and cultural barriers do not prevent participation in Erasmus+ mobility activities. Strengthen practical and academic support structures for both incoming and outgoing students, including language courses, orientation programs, housing assistance, and peer mentoring through the Buddy System. Foster a culture of inclusion and integration within mobility programs, enabling all participants to benefit fully from the academic, cultural, and professional opportunities offered by international mobility. Promote awareness of Erasmus+ opportunities and intercultural engagement through outreach activities, student associations, and information-sharing mechanisms, ensuring that mobility is accessible and well-understood by all potential participants.
