By implementing the Erasmus+ project, the primary goal of the Santa Cecilia Conservatory is to achieve the best practices offering, as many students as possible, the opportunity to benefit from a mobility grant for studies or internships. At the same time, the Conservatory provides support to faculty and administrative staff for mobility proposals for teaching, training, and job shadowing abroad. All of this is aimed at promoting the Conservatory's internationalization plan, consolidating the network of bilateral partnerships under the Erasmus+ Program, and developing the principles of internationalization and European citizenship in higher education, in line with the EU Agenda 2020-30. Since the first of the five pillars of the EU 2030 Agenda, "people," places education at the center of its actions, and the last, "partnership," aims to strengthen cooperation and collaboration between countries, in collaboration with the same objectives, the Erasmus+ program represents the best experience, both at the institutional and individual levels, for the development of these pillars, which are essential to achieving the EU's values.
