Objectives

Implementing KA131 project Scuola di Musica di Fiesole aims to: - Promote Student Mobility for study and traineeship. In fact one of the primary goals is to increase opportunities for students to study, wpork, or participate in internship abroad which helps in broadening their horizons, gaining international experience, and improving their employability; - Encourage Staff Exchange and Professional Development. The project aims to facilitate the exchange of academic and administrative staff to improve their skills, enhance collaboration with international institutions, and adopt best practices in teaching and management. The Staff mobility is both for teaching and training; - Foster International Cooperation. The project seeks to strengthen partnerships and create long-lasting collaborations between music institutions across Europe. This cooperation often leads to joint research, curriculum development, and enhanced quality of education - Promote Cultural Exchange and Awareness. The project helps individuals understand different cultures and languages, fostering tolerance, understanding, and the development of a European identity. - Improve Teaching and Learning: Through exposure to different educational systems and approaches, the School through the Erasmus project wants to innovate and modernize teaching practices. It also provides opportunities for sharing ideas and resources to improve the overall quality of education. - Support for Inclusion and Accessibility: KA131 often includes a focus on making mobility opportunities accessible to a wider range of students, including those with fewer fewer opportunities (e.g., students from disadvantaged backgrounds or students with disabilities). Finally the School with the KA131 project wants to achieve a more interconnected and inclusive education system, building a diverse, skilled, and internationally-minded workforce, and enhancing Europe's global competitiveness.
