One of the project's primary objectives was the coherent development of the E+ strategy and the achievement of the objectives set out in the 21/27 perspective, subject to the considerations already discussed regarding the guidelines, approach, and contextual limitations and strengths. The development approach was both analytical (both quantitative and qualitative) and systemic, i.e., the synergistic growth of the various elements to develop existing components. From a qualitative perspective, maximum attention was paid to project participant satisfaction, through various methodologies. For students, the goal was to guide and assist them as best as possible throughout the process, from application submission to submission, to recognition of the activities carried out at the host institution, while also ensuring equal opportunities for participation in the project through greater publicity through dedicated meetings. Another important aspect, involving both quantitative and qualitative aspects, was participation in two BIPs. This was made possible thanks to the network of relationships developed in recent years by our coordinator and our professors. These projects have significantly increased the number of mobility projects compared to what was expected at the time of the interim report. Alongside more practical issues, the broader goal, consistent with the overall strategy, was to expand our network of partners and collaborations on multiple fronts: both in terms of music academies and potential destinations for apprenticeships. From this perspective, it was very important to see the collaboration project with the University of Georgia (USA) take shape, with mobility projects that will be implemented with funding from the next project (2024). Along the same lines, the foundations were laid for strengthening incoming mobility. Another goal was to permanently offer two language courses (English and German) for both enrolled students, as part of the curriculum, and for Erasmus students, as additional skills and a possible source of credits of their choice to complete their studies. A further objective was to develop and strengthen European cooperation, as well as cooperation beyond Europe (such as the US project), continually exploring new fields to offer opportunities to students interested in internship mobility, both outgoing and incoming. This included offering a permanent SMP mobility place and then expanding the offer to other fields in the future. Another objective was to continue developing a more comprehensive digitalization process and reduce paper waste.
