The project was initiated to strengthen collaboration and research on 20th-century heritage. It is part of the internationalization activities promoted by the Department of Humanistic, Scientific and Social Innovation at the University of Basilicata, specifically through the Single-Cycle Master’s Degree Programme in Architecture. Within this framework, teaching and cooperative activities with students took place, including mobility opportunities for students and doctoral candidates, aimed at sharing learning pathways and strategies. The main objectives include promoting European and Mediterranean culture as well as safeguarding cultural heritage, with the aim of enhancing the attractiveness of both partner institutions; deepening mutual understanding and fostering the development of academic and scientific collaborations; developing educational and scientific interaction through practical case studies of common interest for the joint elaboration of methodological guidelines and intervention strategies on heritage; and encouraging the exchange of experiences in advanced training through the sharing of best practices in teaching, learning, and management of educational processes.
