Through this KA171 project with Universum University in Kosovo, our main objective was to strengthen academic and cultural cooperation with a partner institution outside the EU, while creating meaningful opportunities for both students and staff. By implementing the project, we aimed to: -Enhance student learning experiences by giving incoming participants the chance to engage in innovative formats such as a Blended Intensive Programme, which allowed them to combine academic content with intercultural exchange and community-building activities. -Foster staff development by supporting our outgoing colleagues in training mobilities. -Consolidate the partnership with Universum University, setting the basis for future exchanges and collaborations. Even with a limited number of mobilities, the project provided valuable insights into how cooperation can be expanded and diversified in the coming years. Overall, we wanted this project to serve as a first step in building a sustainable cooperation framework with our partner in Kosovo, opening doors for future initiatives and offering both our students and staff the chance to engage in enriching international experiences.
