This led to an increase in the sense of self-efficacy among participants, reducing feelings of isolation and loneliness. Neuropsychological assessments conducted at the beginning and end of the project showed significant improvements in the cognitive and emotional parameters of the elderly, validating the effectiveness of the proposed activities.
