The main objective of the project STEPS4EU is to improve the performance and the overall success in delivering engineering projects all over EU, enhancing transversal competencies of professional engineers and engineering students and, consequently, the engineering and technical personnel employed by enterprises all over EU and being project managers or project team members of those engineering projects.
