The project 2023-1-IT03-KA151-YOU-000126246 represented for our association a natural evolution of the path started with the Erasmus+ accreditation and consolidated the educational model experimented in the previous year: 2 project cycles articulated in 2 PDAs and 2 youth exchanges for the project cycle about resilience, migration and human rights and 2 PDAs 2 youth exchanges for the cycle on disability and fewer opportunities, as planned. We also had the possibility, thanks to some budget leftovers, to add a further PDA at the end of the 2 cycles: action A9, dedicated to training of trainers, an exchange of practices, methodologies and tools in a perspective of constant and mutual learning and training. Actions A1 and A2 (PDA) were two complementary training courses, dedicated to the themes of resilience, migration and social justice. PDA A1 introduced tools such as social theatre, Theatre of the Oppressed, theatre improvisation, Commedia dell'Arte masks, social photography and biographical narration as means to work on empathy and transformation of experience, particularly in contexts marked by conflict or discrimination. The second PDA (A2) explored Theatre of the Oppressed, offering participants - most of whom were already present in the first phase - practical tools for analysing the dynamics of oppression and for constructing scenarios of intercultural coexistence. Youth exchanges A3 and A4 involved young people with fewer opportunities, from various European countries and from rural Italian contexts. The experiences took place in self-managed and residential mode, with a focus on active citizenship, active participation, the co-construction of rules and the valorisation of diversity. The group leaders, already trained during the PDAs, played a central role in facilitating the educational process, stimulating dynamics of listening, responsibility and participation. Actions A5 and A6 (PDAs), were focused on the topics of disability, accessibility and special educational needs. The first PDA explored, from a European perspective, the meaning of inclusion and operational strategies to make environments and activities accessible to all. The second PDA developed narrative, symbolic and artistic tools to facilitate the full participation of young people with disabilities. Both phases involved trainers and facilitators with experience in the field, facilitating the exchange of good practices between the partner countries. The A7 and A8 youth exchanges put into practice the principles explored in the previous PDAs. Young people with and without disabilities participated, sharing spaces, time and activities in an equal, self-managed and supportive manner. Protected and accessible environments were built in where each participant was able to express and discover their talents, contributing to the life of the group according to their abilities and needs. Inclusion processes were co-designed by the group, giving voice to individual and collective needs. The group leaders, previously trained, accompanied the process with sensitivity and competence. Action A9 - Trainers of Trainers, represented a crucial moment to strengthen the role of trainers within the partnership. Addressed to trainers, facilitators, volunteers from the associations of the different partner countries associated to the Erasmus+ programme, it allowed to share methods, tools and reflections on the themes of inclusion, gender equality and human rights. It was also an important moment for the planning and design of future partnerships and for the study of the Erasmus+ programme, with particular attention to the 4 priorities of the programme
