The main objective of the project, implemented under the Erasmus+ KA151 Programme, was to strengthen the active participation, social inclusion, and European citizenship of young people, in line with the values and priorities of Erasmus+, the European Solidarity Corps, and the National Activity Plan. The project aimed to offer young people from diverse cultural, social, and economic backgrounds—including those with fewer opportunities—meaningful learning experiences through educational mobility and transnational cooperation, promoting the acquisition of key competences, intercultural exchange, and the development of sustainable practices. The implementation of six transnational mobilities served as the tool to activate these goals, with the perspective of gradually strengthening our educational network. Specific objectives included: promoting the inclusion of LGBTQIA+ youth, NEETs, migrants, and young people living in rural areas; fostering personal growth through activities based on non-formal education; creating inclusive and sustainable educational communities; enhancing cooperation among European organisations active in the field of non-formal learning; and developing replicable tools for youth work. Each activity was designed to respond to one or more of these objectives, addressing the emerging needs of participants. The specific objectives of the project included: Promoting the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities, through an approach attentive to social, economic, cultural, linguistic, geographic, gender-related, sexual orientation, and migratory background barriers; Fostering education for peace and active citizenship by offering spaces to reflect on conflict, stereotypes, discrimination, privilege, and by providing tools for non-violent conflict resolution; Offering non-formal learning experiences aimed at developing transversal competences (soft skills), such as communication, active listening, stress management, collaborative leadership, and empathy; Building and strengthening transnational youth networks, encouraging intercultural dialogue, peer cooperation, and a sense of European belonging; Integrating concrete sustainable and environmental practices through the use of ecological materials, promotion of circular economy, education in ecological citizenship, and support for local networks of ethical consumption; Supporting the professional development of youth workers and educators through training activities, workshops, reflection moments, and the sharing of good practices related to non-formal education, facilitation, and organisational wellbeing; Creating safe and inclusive spaces, particularly for LGBTQIA+ youth and migrants, where individuals can feel welcomed, recognised, and valued in their identities. Through these actions, the project contributed to the development of an educational ecosystem that connects local, European, and global dimensions. It aimed to respond to complex challenges such as social exclusion, radicalisation, environmental degradation, disinformation, and the erosion of civic participation by offering concrete alternatives rooted in solidarity, participation, cooperative learning, and sustainability.
