The overarching aim of implementing the "Broad Your Voice" project was to address several key objectives, all of which were aligned with the principles and values of youth work practice. Firstly, the project sought to cultivate and enhance the podcasting skills of young participants. By providing them with a platform to delve into the realm of podcast creation, we aimed to foster a setting conducive to non-formal learning, where individuals could develop and refine their skills in a supportive environment. Moreover, the project placed significant emphasis on promoting intercultural understanding and dialogue. By bringing together youth from diverse cultural backgrounds, our intention was to foster an environment of mutual respect and exchange. Through dialogue and interaction, we aimed to challenge prevailing stereotypes and biases, ultimately promoting a more inclusive and interconnected community. Central to our objectives was the promotion of social inclusion and diversity. Recognizing the importance of providing a safe and inclusive space for youth expression, we endeavored to create an environment where individuals felt a sense of belonging and connection, regardless of their background or identity. Furthermore, the project sought to empower youth to actively engage in their communities and society at large. Lastly, the project aimed to foster digital literacy and promote digital transformation among youth. Through the utilization of technology to support creativity and innovation, we aimed to empower participants to harness the full potential of digital tools and platforms.
