Through this project, we aimed to increase the capacity of the organizations involved to design effective activities to promote the inclusion of people with migrant backgrounds. Furthermore, we tried to achieve a better inclusion of migrants, users of the partner organizations, from a social, educational and work perspective. Finally, we tried to promote the value of diversity in the local community.
The reason that pushed us to implement this project was the growing need to improve the work aimed at the inclusion of migrant subjects. This need is seen not only in the context of the Domitian coast but also emerged from the other partners involved. The need is to address this theme with innovative and integrated actions. The ultimate need we wanted to address is that of the migrant subjects themselves, who need to be included and inserted into the context of arrival.
