Objectives

The Project “We’ll Let You Know!” aims to strengthen the employability of young people through an innovative training format. The objectives of the project are to: - Empower young people’s sense of initiative and youth entrepreneurship, including social entrepreneurship: - Reinforce the links between policy, research and practice. The target group are young people between 18 and 30 years old

Background

We applied for the "We’ll Let You Know!" project in response to the growing difficulties faced by young people in accessing stable and meaningful employment. Across Europe, many young individuals—especially those transitioning from education to the labour market—encounter barriers such as limited work experience, lack of guidance, and insufficient soft skills development. At the same time, the recruitment processes often fail to provide constructive feedback, leaving candidates disoriented and discouraged (The title is a deliberate callback to what young people often hear at the end of a job interview). By joining this Erasmus+ partnership, we aimed to explore innovative, youth-centered approaches to improve employability, enhance job readiness, and empower young people with practical tools and confidence to navigate the world of work. The project addressed several key needs: • Bridging the gap between education and employment. • Improving self-awareness and career planning • Enhancing soft skills and communication abilities • Countering discouragement and job-search fatigue • Encouraging inclusive and youth-friendly employment practices
