The project aimed to improve adults education providers' competencies to develop inclusive education in Anyksciai region by organising: trainings and consultation for teaching staff, coaching for administration how to manage inclusive education in institutions. Our staff has improved skills in working with children having SEN in the context of inclusive education; leadership and management competencies of creating inclusive environment for education of children with SEN.
Lithuania is implementing the inclusive education under the concept of Good School. But according to the ongoing surveys, the education society is not fully prepared to carry it out. The institutions don't have enough specialists, experience, resources. Challenges and responsibilty of Anyksciai Education Assistance Authority is to resound Anyksciai education society providing trainings, consultations, coaching on creating inclusive education environment for children with SEN.
