The project aimed to provide students with international work experience, enhance their social and cultural skills, and facilitate learning from experts through masterclasses. It sought to share the best practices with the community and promote cultural diversity, as well as local specificity. Additionally, the project aimed to improve teachers' qualifications and raise the school’s international and local profile through collaboration with foreign partners within the Erasmus network.
"Sodžiaus Meistrai" is a vocational school, established to provide young people with valuable, high-quality professions. The school fosters knowledge transfer through practical learning alongside a master's, using an apprenticeship methodology adapted from a French partner. The Erasmus+ project significantly supports the school’s mission, enhancing students' culinary arts, carpentry-joinery, and landscaping skills, while fostering self-esteem, cultural diversity, and international recognition.
