Objectives

Through the implementation of the Erasmus+ KA131 project in 2023, Vilnius Business College aimed to enhance the international dimension of studies and student growth as well as staff development. The primary objectives were to increase student and staff mobility opportunities within Europe, promote cross-cultural exchange, and strengthen cooperation with partner institutions. By encouraging participation in international learning and teaching experiences, the project sought to improve the quality of education, foster intercultural competence, and expand the participants’ understanding of diverse academic and professional environments. Ultimately, the project contributed to building a more inclusive, innovative, and globally connected learning community at Vilnius Business College. Also, it was wanted to achieve academic improvements - the project involved partner higher educational institutions, which enabled students, lecturers and staff to benefit from diverse academic environments. Participants could access high-quality education, specialized courses, and unique research opportunities, which then enhanced their knowledge and skills in specific fields.
