Through this project, our main objective was to advance the internationalization strategy of LCC International University at academic, cultural, and operational levels, making full use of the Erasmus+ framework. As an international learning community, we sought to foster deeper cross-cultural dialogue and embed diversity into a high-quality educational experience. This has strengthened the learning environment for all students and staff. LCC has a long history of cooperation with partners in the USA, Canada, Asia, and Eastern Europe. Building on these partnerships, the project focused on expanding mobility opportunities for students, aligning academic programmes with international quality standards, integrating global perspectives into courses and research, supporting staff in developing international competencies, and raising the global profile of our university. Overall, the project has reinforced our long-term vision of becoming a more global, inclusive, and connected institution. The opportunities provided by Erasmus+ have not only supported these goals but also created lasting impact on the way we teach, learn, and engage across cultures.
