By implementing our project “Bugis” (named after the dog of our association who was poisoned and passed away due to the lack of awareness) we sought to contribute to a less violent and more empathic society, and a more democratic and sustainable world. The objective of our project, that we believed will feed into this long-term goal, was to develop a more positive attitude of young Lithuanians and Kartvelians to animal rights and animal welfare.
