The overall aim of the project was to create space for young people from the Baltic Sea Region to discuss challenges their home cities and the region are facing and propose solutions to them from a youth perspective. In order to reach the goal, the following tasks were undertaken by the participants and the partners: - to explore the problems the region is facing in the context of climate change and war in Ukraine; - to develop recommendations for solution of the identified problems from young people's perspective; - to identify initiatives and actions young people could undertake themselves to make their home cities more resilient and inclusive; - to promote ideas and recommendations prepared by young people among the UBC cities and beyond in the Baltic Sea Region.
