As project writers went through personal challenges such as burnouts, financial challenges, and COVID-19 career and mental well-being circumstances, it was their highest motivation to support other youngsters with their life change experiences and knowledge. Firstly, Donatas, Marija and Nikolett wanted to share how Erasmus+ program can actually empower and unite us all internationally, as this project happened because of Lithuania and Hungary's committed collaboration during the project writing process, including Turkish partner Serkut, who even had time to physically meet in Kaunas. Secondly, project writers shared similar experiences and mindsets regarding physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, as well as daily financial literacy challenges in similar timeline, which lead them to dive in these topics for several years. Thats why it was one of the biggest motivation to share experiences which they put into tools and methodologies, non-formal education workshops which they found themsleves very valuable in their lives. Erasmus+ program provided opportunity to share knowledge and participants had to know existance of such type of programs which creates environemnt and opportunity to do the same. Introduce learning by doing aspect, non formal education ways which Erasmus+ program advocates. Create a safe environment to learn in national and international level, provide opportunity to go abroad with each partner country national members who has similar age and interest in the topic.
