The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic caused widespread global changes, encompassing different factors such as health, economy, social interactions, mental and physical wellbeing, etc. The challenges encountered by the aforementioned factors led people to embrace the present. Experts all over the world worry about the lasting effects of COVID-19, including cognitive difficulties and brain fog. In this sense, the neurological effects of the virus are still under investigation. The negative consequences of brain fog include an inability to pay attention, recall information, and concentrate on something for a long time. Research and ultimate decisions revolved around the fact that a healthy lifestyle is advised for symptom management. In light of the above-mentioned global challenges, we intended to contribute to helping individuals adopt healthy habits into their daily lives through our youth exchange project, “Healthy individuals, Healthy society.” Our overarching goal was to improve young individuals’ ability to focus and recall information while decreasing their post-Corona brain fog. In this sense, we took relevant measures in order to: -instruct young people in pursuits that enhance concentration and memory levels. -make them aware of brain fog and the ways to deal with it. -inform local people about brain fog and its potential negative effects. Aligned with the Youth Quality Standards, our project was successfully implemented, taking the following objectives into account: To teach young individuals about brain fog and reduce its potential negative impacts. To boost intercultural conversation among young people. To promote a sense of belonging to Europe and European values. To advance three horizontal goals of the European Commission, including digital transformation, sustainable goals, environment and climate change, and inclusion and diversity. To reach out to more audiences by disseminating the project’s achievements. To provide all the participants with an equal environment where they can improve their skills. To benefit from the proposed research results in order to overcome the negative effects of brain fog. In conclusion, our project was successful in terms of equipping the young individuals with the necessary skills and experiences to deal with global challenges as well as to feel invested in the outcome.
