Objectives

The implementation of this project is closely aligned with the core mission of the Luxembourg School of Business, which is built on four pillars: teacher development, commitment to quality, internationalization, and strong links with the business community. The primary objective of the project was to advance internationalization by expanding our network of international partners and fostering collaboration across different academic and professional contexts. The short-term objectives were to strengthen teacher competencies, enhance linguistic and professional skills, promote the use of innovative teaching methods, and encourage the development of analytical and problem-solving abilities. In addition, the project sought to raise global awareness among staff and students and to contribute to building an internationally diverse academic environment. The personal objectives were to increase student confidence, offer opportunities for “internationalization at home,” support integration and intercultural relationship-building, and promote independent and critical thinking. The long-term objectives were to ensure that students are well prepared to adapt to diverse cultural and professional environments, to develop flexibility and resilience, and to strengthen teamwork skills and cultural sensitivity. Through these objectives, the project aimed to prepare students for the challenges of global business while also equipping teachers and staff with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in an international academic environment. In doing so, it reinforced our institution’s commitment to providing innovative, high-quality, and globally minded education.
