Objectives

The projects implemented under our Erasmus+ Youth Accreditation were designed with clear objectives to promote and support youth employment, participation, and recognition of non-formal education. Our main aim was to address the evolving needs of young people and youth workers in an increasingly dynamic environment. Key Objective 1: Youth Employment One of the most significant achievements was enhancing youth employability. The LTTC "EDUBlog" was instrumental in this regard, as it equipped youth workers with essential competencies in using ICT and multimedia tools for non-formal education. By focusing on e-learning and online platforms, we aimed to bolster participants' entrepreneurial skills and overall employability. The project exceeded expectations with the creation of a comprehensive guidebook that serves as a vital resource for improving youth employability through ICT. Furthermore, the project "What is Next?" focused on career guidance and self-awareness, empowering youth workers to help young people recognize their skills and values, thus promoting essential entrepreneurial and transversal skills. Key Objective 2: Youth Participation/Citizenship We also aimed to promote active youth participation and citizenship through the Youth Exchange project "ToGether." This project acted as a crucial platform for understanding the needs of young people while inspiring them to engage in active citizenship. The program effectively utilized intercultural learning and non-violent communication as tools for social change. By encouraging participants to interact across cultural boundaries, the project played a significant role in developing awareness of European citizenship. It also tackled pressing social issues like radicalization and highlighted human rights education, surpassing our initial expectations by fostering lasting relationships and encouraging community involvement as a means of countering radicalization. Key Objective 3: Promotion and Recognition of Non-Formal Education The value of non-formal education was another focal point of our projects. The initiative "Be Well: Rethinking Well-being in Youth Work" advanced our objective of promoting mental health and well-being among youth workers. This project provided practical tools for analyzing personal well-being and developing competencies to raise awareness about mental health. The guide produced further underscored the importance of non-formal education in addressing mental health issues, offering long-term resources that exceeded our expectations. We achieved our initial objectives and made necessary adjustments along the way. The flexibility of the projects allowed us to integrate diverse activities, addressing both specific and broader key objectives outlined in our Activity Plan. Feedback from partner organizations, participants, and project teams indicated that our projects significantly contributed to increasing employability, promoting active citizenship, and recognizing the value of non-formal education. The collaborative nature of the projects also played an important role in their success. Partners were engaged from the outset, contributing to planning and implementation. The strategic selection of partners aimed to network development, with organizations nominated based on their previous collaborative experiences. This dynamic interplay promoted a rich diversity of inputs and resources throughout the projects. Our evaluation process used a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, enabling us to assess progress and impact effectively. Pre- and post-training assessments measured skill development, while participant reflections provided qualitative insights into the training's effectiveness. Feedback loops and structured observations throughout the training sessions ensured continuous adaptation and alignment with organization's project objectives.
