My Cuisine, My Identity was a project aimed at enabling a group of young people from six different countries (Luxembourg, France, Italy, Turkey, Ukraine, and Tunisia) to explore various types of traditional cuisine. Our ambition was to create connections between young people from different countries through cooking, while providing them with a learning opportunity. Through this project, we intended to raise participants' awareness of environmental protection, as cooking allows for eco-responsibility. The objectives of the project were as follows: ✓ Promote cultural diversity and encourage intercultural communication. ✓ Encourage maximum interaction between young people so they can observe the richness of other cultures. ✓ Empower the young participants while teaching them new skills (teamwork, cooking, intercultural skills). ✓ Help young people develop their tastes and become more creative. ✓ Raise young people's awareness of environmental protection to make them eco-responsible through cooking. ✓ Create a brochure containing different traditional varieties from different countries with explanations on how to prepare them and the condiments used. ✓ Explore other opportunities for cooperation on this theme within the Erasmus+ program and promote the program to beneficiaries.
