“I can have the job I want” was a Youth Exchange taking place in Luxembourg, co-implemented by 4 partner organisations: L’ecole des Valeurs (Luxembourg), Scoala de Valori (Romania), Young Wave (Poland) and Pangea Association (Turkey). The main aim of this project was to prepare young people to enter the workforce by equipping them with the abilities seeked by current employers. The objectives we set for the project were achieved, thereby: 1. During the 11 months of the project, the 28 young participants learnt how to compose a professional CV, a cover letter and how to create a LinkedIN profile. 2. By the end of the project, all 28 young people identified suitable career paths, demonstrated knowledge of job search strategies, and improved their interview skills. 3. By the end of the 11 months, all participants had applied for at least 10 jobs, 75% attended interviews, and 50% had secured a job of their choice.
