Objectives

By implementing this project, we aimed to strengthen inclusion and cohesion within our school. Our main objective was to ensure that every student — regardless of their needs, origin, or background — feels fully included, valued, and capable of succeeding. We also wanted to develop the intercultural competences of the entire educational community, in order to create a more open, caring, and respectful environment for everyone. Finally, the project sought to exchange good practices with our European partners, to improve our teaching methods and to develop concrete actions that promote equal opportunities for all.

Background

We applied for this Erasmus+ project because we wanted to strengthen inclusion within our school. We observed that some students, particularly those with special educational needs or from different cultural backgrounds, still face challenges in integration and equal opportunities. This project therefore addressed a concrete need: to better support these young people so that they can thrive, develop their skills, and feel valued just like their peers. Through European exchanges, training sessions, and joint activities, we aimed to implement more inclusive educational practices, encourage open-mindedness, and promote a culture of respect and diversity within our school community.
