The aim of the project is to enable our trainers to learn new, innovative, creative methods and approaches to adult teaching by attending courses abroad. The project aims to promote active learning, introduce new elements into existing curricula, to motivate trainers, to increase participants' competences, to improve foreign language skills, to gain international experience and to promote an interdisciplinary approach in order to raise the prestige of adult education in Latvia. Inspiration and innovation will make the lives of trainers and learners more interesting and dynamic.
The project "Inspiration Jump" is implemented by the Culture and Education Studio Talent City in cooperation with training organisers from Turkey (training in Hungary), Italy and France. The training is attended by adult educators, trainers and trainers, who acquire new competences, knowledge and skills in the framework of the planned mobilities. The project " Inspiration Jump " is designed to give the trainers of the Culture and Education Studio Talent City an inspiration and a breakthrough in educating the Latvian adult learners audience in the field of art, creativity and literature.
