The project aims to create an educated, active, and creative community by enhancing lifelong learning system for quality and sustainability. Key objectives include improving the professional capacity of lifelong learning coordinators, youth specialists, and Activity Center managers, fostering inter-institutional cooperation, and encouraging adults to develop skills for society and labor market needs. Ultimately, the project seeks to cultivate a lifelong learning culture in the Municipality.
Education Board is focusing to improve lifelong learning ecosystem. Project framework aims at creating a sustainable, high-quality lifelong learning system, encompassing adult non-formal education activities adapted to changing needs of the labor market and society development. It promotes cross-institutional, cross-sectoral, international cooperation, sharing experience and introducing innovations to improve coordinated cooperation between stakeholders and ensure improvement of citizen skills.
