1. The experience of adult educators in the field of dance and somatics is deepened in their chosen methodologies. 2. The direction of IDM dance education will be strengthened - by increasing dance improvisation and contactimprovisation trainings. 3. IDM curriculum will be enriched by eco somatics direction. 4. The European dimension would be strengthened, trends in dance and somatics education recognized and capacity for developing new IDM strategy and identity would be achieved.
In the last 3 years, I-DEJAS MAJA (IDM) has been in transitional phase changing its focus of activity from a large, physical learning center in the heart of Riga to an organizations who's educators are united by digital environment, organizing in-person activities closer to their homes in Kurzeme and Vidzeme regions. However in general those transitional phase years were challenging years for IDM adult educators and organization in general and it would be a time for strengthening educators.
