By implementing the project, the Gulbene Museum was willing to achieve the following goals: 1. Raised the competence of Gulbene Museum adult educators in applied art, handicrafts and innovative art techniques; 2. Raised the competence and awareness of adult educators - methodologists in the field of cultural heritage; 3. Promoted adult educators' belonging to the European educators community, encouraged openness and intercultural experience.
The Gulbene Museum has been operating in the field of lifelong learning for more than 20 years, offering various formats of educational programs for adults. The diversity of the offered programs is important to the museum, which ensures the interest and involvement of the learners. The key to the diversity of the programs is the competent and interested educators, for whom the Erasmus+ mobility project was an invaluable opportunity to improve their knowledge and skills.
