By implementing the project, RTU LMC improved the international experience and language of staff and management, the quality of educational content,methods and tools, and implemented and developed international cooperation.Participation in courses contributed to the improvement of teachers,developed new ways of teaching, developed international thinking by gaining insights from teachers and their teaching methods from different countries, and promoted the development of students' competencies.
The aim of RTU Liepaja Marine College (further RTU LMC) is to provide a favorable, modern learning environment where theoretical, practical education is successfully acquired by Latvian education, international standards of the maritime profession. The project aims were to provide students with the opportunity for long and short-term learning mobility, as well as to ensure the development of the institution's staff and the quality of management competences, education and training.
