Project participants can be defined as - managers and teaching staff. For teaching staff, the training aims to improve teaching approaches for needs-based organization of the educational process, to improve teaching strategies. For managers - to improve leadership skills for team management, situation analysis, and more successful problem-solving. As a result, SIVA students and clients receive the service in a way that maximizes individual approach, respecting different needs.
SIVA provides social and vocational rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities and functional impairments. To improve services, ensure individual approaches and provide targeted services, it is necessary to continuously improve professional knowledge and skills, learn new strategies, and gain good practices from other countries. The project application was created based on these needs, and searching for a cooperation partner to provide the necessary skills training for SIVA employees.
