Objectives

Turība University implemented the Erasmus+ KA131 project to promote international mobility, enhance the quality of education, and support the professional and personal development of students and staff. By facilitating exchanges with partner institutions across Europe, the university aimed to strengthen international cooperation, improve language and intercultural skills, and increase graduates' employability. The project also focused on ensuring equal access to mobility opportunities, supporting inclusion, and contributing to the overall internationalization and modernization of the university's academic environment. Within the framework of the project, it was planned to send 165 persons on mobilities, of which 45 students on study mobilities and 100 students on practice mobilities, 10 teaching mobilities and 10 personnel professional development exchange mobilities. Taking into account the popularity of practice mobilities at the university, and the emphasis and importance of practice placed by the university, additional funding was also requested directly for this type of mobility.
