Erasmus+ mobilitāšu īstenošanas galvenie mērķi ir veicināt Ventspils Augstskolas atpazīstamību, studentu un darbinieku starptautisko pieredzi, kā arī zināšanu un pieredzes apmaiņu. Vislielākā aktivitāte ir bakalaura studentu vidū, jo šo studentu īpatsvars Ventspils Augstskolā ir vislielākais. Lielākā interese bijusi par studējošo studiju mobilitātēm (tai skaitā BIP) un personāla pieredzes apmaiņas mobilitātēm. Personāla mobilitāšu īstenošanas mērķis ir arī veicināt savstarpēju sadarbību, mācīties no partneru pieredzēm un dalīties ar savām kā pozitīvām, tā izaicinošām pieredzēm. Ventspils Augstskola tiecas uz attīstību un cenšas iet līdzi reģionālām un globālajām attīstības tendencēm, tāpēc ir vērtīgi gūt pieredzi ārvalstīs, lai darbs tiktu organizēts pēc iespējas efektīvāk un piemērotāk starptautiskajām prasībām un lai Ventspils Augstskolas absolventiem būtu nodrošināta kvalitatīva, darba tirgū pieprasīta un mūsdienu attīstības tendencēm atbilstoša izglītība. Viens no šī projekta mērķiem ir motivēt akadēmisko personālu doties docēšanas mobilitātēs, attīstot savas prasmes, paplašinot savas robežas un tādā veidā padarot Ventspils Augstskolas akadēmisko vidi daudz bagātāku. Vēlamies, lai Erasmus+ projekta pieredze gan studentiem, gan personālam sniegtu tādu pieredzi, kas tiktu pielietota un ieviesta Ventspils Augstskolā, radot mūsdienīgu, attīstošu un iekļaujošu vidi. The main objectives of Erasmus+ mobilities are to promote the recognition of Ventspils University of Applied Sciences, the international experience of students and staff, as well as the exchange of knowledge and experience. The highest level of activity is among bachelor's students, as they make up the largest proportion of students at Ventspils University of Applied Sciences. The greatest interest has been in student mobility (including BIP) and staff exchange mobility. The aim of staff mobility is also to promote mutual cooperation, learn from the experiences of partners, and share both positive and challenging experiences. Ventspils University of Applied Sciences strives for development and tries to keep up with regional and global development trends, so it is valuable to gain experience abroad so that work can be organized as efficiently as possible and in line with international requirements, and so that Ventspils University graduates are provided with a high-quality education that is in demand on the labor market and in line with current development trends. One of the goals of this project is to motivate academic staff to participate in teaching mobility programs, developing their skills, expanding their horizons, and thus enriching the academic environment at Ventspils University of Applied Sciences. We want the Erasmus+ project experience to provide both students and staff with experience that can be applied and implemented at Ventspils University of Applied Sciences, creating a modern, developing, and inclusive environment.
