The main objective of implementing the project was to ensure a continuous offer of Erasmus+ programme opportunities for both students and staff. We aimed to strengthen existing contacts with other foreign higher education institutions and establish new partnerships, ensuring a balance between different study programmes. Particular attention was given to developing strategic, long-term, and regular cooperation with higher education institutions in the Baltic States. We sought to continue offering students the opportunity to participate in BIP courses provided by our partners and to increase the overall number of student mobilities, with a particular focus on study mobilities. Another important goal was to ensure a transparent and fair participant selection process, as well as accessible and comprehensive information about all available opportunities, including support measures such as inclusion support, green travel incentives, and insurance coverage. In addition, we aimed to expand professional development opportunities for staff through teaching and training mobilities, enabling them to acquire new skills, share best practices, and strengthen international cooperation in line with the institution’s internationalisation strategy. We also sought to enhance the visibility of Erasmus+ activities within the college community and beyond.
